Consultation type, Fee Policy, and Consultation Rates
- Family law (divorce, custody, visitation, support, adoption): Consultation fee is charged only if you hire our firm. $450 per hour.
- Contract drafting/consulting and business litigation: Consultation fee is charged only if you hire our firm. $450 per hour.
- Flat fee cases (uncontested family law, LLC organization, Family trust setup, misdemeanor criminal defense): Included in flat fee and only charged if you hire our firm. Included in flat fee.
- Abuse and Neglect (abuse/neglect, dependency, foster care): Consultation fee is charged at the time of consult. $100
- Protective Order Application or Defense: Consultation fee is charged at the time of consult. $100
- Personal injury/accident cases: No consultation fee.
Once retained, all work performed by our attorneys on hourly cases is billed at $450 per hour in 1/10 hour increments (every 6 min).
Once retained, personal injury/accident cases are charged on a contingency rate of %33 of gross recovery plus costs.
